Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis came to Seattle today. They were down at Pike Place serving coffee to promote their new movie Campaign.
Devon and I barged our way near the front and I snapped this photo. Hilarious, and he is just walking.

Did a custom vinyl wrap on my Bianchi Zurigo Cyclocross bike last night. Took forever but I am really happy with the result. The second picture is what it looked like before. I liked the paint but all my bikes are all black, so…

Devon and I took a trip down to Tacoma last night for the Tacoma Twilight Criterium. Went down to take pictures of the guys on the Audi Cycling Team, my new team I am racing for as of a few weeks ago. Derek Wilkerson won the race, Ryan Iddings placed 3rd and Mike Hone finished 9th. The guys did great last night. Congrats to my team!

Well it’s official. I am now riding for the Audi Cycling Team! I have been racing for House Wine Racing over the last few months and have been posting some great results mountain bike racing. A few weeks ago I was put in contact with the manager of the Audi Cycling Team and after some discussion he asked me to be on the team! It’s an honor to ride for them as they are the biggest team in the Northwest and have some really talented riders on their team. My first race with them will the the NW Epic Series Capitol Forest 50 mile mountain bike race. Most of my gear comes in a few weeks but I got my Specialized Prevail Team helmet that Specialized made custom for the team. So, I decided to grab some pictures of it!

Some photos from my race in Echo Valley, Lake Chelan, WA this weekend. It was the second race in the NW Epic Series. and my first race on my new Niner Jet 9 RDO Mountain Bike. The race started off good and there was a 2.5 mile climb that climbed thousands of feet. The course actually seemed like it never went downhill. But as soon as I got to the downhill part, over extended my self a bit and hit a big dip in the trail, then was flung off my bike onto my right shoulder. They sent me to the hospital and I got some X-rays. Turns out I have a fractured clavicle and an acromioclavicular joint separation. That means I tore the ligaments/tendons that hold the collarbone down. I.E. - hurts like a bitch. So, I will be headed to an orthopedic doctor this week to see if I need surgery and get a better diagnosis, instead of the ghetto doctors in Lake Chelan that told me I may be able to “tard” my arm to be able to type. So looks like I am off the saddle for a bit. But enjoy the photos!

Well my new Niner Jet 9 RDO race bike is all up and running. I have been working on it over the last month or so in my living room. My last bike, Specialized Stumpjumper Expert Carbon 29er, was too harsh on my back from my injury two years ago. And, it wasn’t black… So I decided to get something with a little more give and in a better color. Here is what I built it up with: 3T Team Carbon Handlebar, Stem, and Seatpost I’ll be taking it out this weekend for the NW Epic Echo Valley 30 Mile Race in Lake Chelan, WA. Hate to get it all dirty, it looks so nice clean…
